When using a container with a plastic bag, there is a risk that the bag will be sucked up into the filter unit/pre-separator. The Pressure Equalization Kit is designed to solve this problem.

The pressure equalization kit is connected between the container and a place in the system with lower pressure (downstream). The greater the pressure difference that can be achieved between the connection points, the better function is achieved. If needed, a T-pipe  should be installed downstream in the system.

The pressure equalization kit fits only »containers with sockets for this. If the vacuum generator runs towards a closed system while the bag is empty, the bag can still be sucked up. If such operating conditions exist, a vacuum valve should be fitted before the filter unit/pre-separator.
