Automatic Shutter Valve Food Industry
The shutter valve 77030 has a hygienic design and is specially developed for the food industry. In order to avoid material build up there is a chamber in one half. This side should be mounted downwards. The slider is airtight and does not release material. The shutter valve consists of materials that meet the requirements of the FDA and EC 1935/2004. Regardning shutter valve 45083 it consist of aliminium and it is important to check if it is applicable to the food it is going to be in contact with.

Technical Data

• Shutter blades, cylinder plate and screws / nuts in acid-proof design.
• The pneumatic cylinder is manufactured in 1.4301.
• The housing for 45077 (Ø 76) is made of the same material as our suction brushes for the food industry and for 45083 (Ø 108) in aluminum.
• The shutter valves should not be used together with oils or materials with a pH value <2.5.
