Dustlight is a personal real-time respirable dust measuring device designed to safeguard workers from dust exposure in industrial and craft workplaces. It enables continuous monitoring of the dust concentration in the air and provides direct feedback on dust exposure thanks to its inutitive colour signals (green, yellow, red). Dustlight can be used in many other industries (construction, metalworking & welding, wood working, manufacturing and more).
Dustlight is a personal real-time respirable dust measuring device designed to safeguard workers from dust exposure in industrial and craft workplaces. It enables continuous monitoring of the dust concentration in the air and provides direct feedback on dust exposure thanks to its intuitive colour signals (green, yellow, red). By default, Dustlight is set to a general dust mixture that reflects the composition of dust in most production processes. Through specific configurations, Dustlight can be further adapted to specific industries, such as metalworking & welding, woodworking, process industries, and more.
Dustlight supports in the implementation of the S-T-O-P principle (see below) to reduce dust exposure in the workplace. Dustlight helps both to monitor dust exposure and to review current measures for ensuring employee health and safety, enabling more informed decisions for the future. By understanding and applying Dustlight, companies can be proactive and create a safe working environment without having to stop work.
There are several accessories available as well as both a web desktop app and smartphone app to monitor dust pollution with Dustlight in real time and for in-depth data with different software solutions, see below.
